Debuting April 4 inside Jardin and serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, SAFTA 1964 by Chef Alon Shaya, from Pomegranate Hospitality is an exciting, limited-run celebrity-chef residency at Wynn Las Vegas. This playful iteration of Safta, which translates to “grandmother” in Hebrew, celebrates Grandma’s fictional heyday, before she became a “safta.” Picture her dressed to the nines, complete with her signature red lipstick, driving her white 1964 Thunderbird convertible west, and toasting the town. She’s the magnetic life of the party, sipping martinis, and running the blackjack table.

SILAN is an exciting new restaurant by Chef Alon Shaya located in the heart of the Atlantis Casino. This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant pays homage to Chef Shaya’s Israeli heritage with a nod to Bahamian flavors. The spices that became the building blocks of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine are paired with the bounty of fresh produce sourced from fertile lands or caught from the sea.

MISS RIVER, is Alon Shaya's “love letter to Louisiana,” based on his vast experience of the local culture and cuisine in his nearly 20 years as a resident. As the signature lobby-level restaurant of our Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, this ingredient-driven restaurant pays tribute to New Orleans grand dining, showcasing Shaya’s spirited take on beloved local dishes, while providing surprise and fun to the dining experience.

SAFTA, meaning Grandmother in Hebrew, is located in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver.

Safta is an ode to all of the grandmothers who have worked to create a path for their families and the vibrant experiences they have encountered along the way.
